Krisumi Corporation, the Indo-Japanese real estate joint venture based in Gurugram, has started construction on two luxury residential phases in Sector 36A. It intends to invest more than Rs 1,300 crore in the projects over the next five years and expects revenue potential of over Rs 4,000 crore. A bhoomi pujan ceremony marked the start of work.
The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II are Phases 5 and 6 of the 33.38-acre Krisumi City development and will have 542 residential units. Spread over roughly 1.67 million sq ft, they will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom LDK homes of 2,166 sq ft to 3,993 sq ft. Prices begin at about Rs 4.9 crore, depending on configuration and applicable charges.
Ashok Kapur, chairman of Krisumi Corporation, said the launch is another step in the company’s expansion in Gurugram’s premium housing market. He said the project combines Japanese craftsmanship and Indian hospitality with an emphasis on nature, thoughtful design and quality. Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei has designed it, with a focus on Japanese spatial planning, functionality and nature-inspired design.
Residents will have access to The Cascades Club, a 162,000-sq-ft facility within Krisumi City that includes recreational and social spaces, dining, lounges, spa experiences and an indoor sports arena. Krisumi City is on the Dwarka Expressway and is planned to include residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure.
Krisumi Corporation is a joint venture between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group.
