News: TREVOC Group maps Rs 800-1,000 crore pipeline to reach beyond Gurugram into Sonipat and Panipat-13-10-2026
TREVOC Group plans an investment and development pipeline of Rs 800-1,000 crore over three years, targeting a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,000-3,500 crore as it expands beyond Gurugram into other Haryana markets.
The plan covers two to three new projects. Sonipat and Panipat are being evaluated for integrated townships of 80-100 acres, with a first phase targeted for early 2027, and about 5 lakh sq ft of commercial space is also planned. Capital will be deployed in phases, depending on opportunities and market conditions.
The company said its assessment is guided by connectivity and economic activity, citing the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. Managing director Gurpal Singh Chawla said the focus is on locations where these can support long-term demand. The townships are expected to mix plots, villas and commercial space.
Sehaj Chawla, also managing director, said entering a market is only the first step and what matters is whether a project delivers on its original plan, with planning, space mix and execution central.
In Gurugram, TREVOC recently launched TREVOC Royal Residences near Golf Course Road, a 27-storey ultra-luxury tower with 172 residences.
The company, which cites a legacy of over 75 years, plans nearly 5 million sq ft of residential space, about 1 million sq ft of retail and office assets, and 75-100 acres of plotted development in Tier-2 cities over three years, subject to evaluation and market conditions.
