News: DDA puts 2,516 discounted LIG flats in Narela on sale under Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026-13-10-2026

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering 2,516 lower-income group (LIG) flats in Narela at a 25% discount under its DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026, with prices from around Rs 15 lakh. Registration opens on October 14 and bookings start at noon on October 20 on the DDA Awaas Portal.

A DDA circular says applicants must pay Rs 1 lakh as booking amount and a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500.

The flats are in two pockets in Sectors G2 to G6. Pocket 3 has 1,020 flats of 49.90 sq m at a tentative Rs 15.01 lakh, and Pocket 6 has 1,496 flats at about Rs 14.95 lakh. Final prices may vary with plinth area and exclude maintenance, water connection and conversion charges, payable when allotment letters are issued.
