News: BPTP books Rs 750 crore from 150 apartment sales at SkyNest in Greater Faridabad-09-10-2026

BPTP Limited, a Faridabad-based developer, has sold around 150 apartments worth Rs 750 crore at SkyNest, its luxury project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, the company said on October 9.

SkyNest covers 5.4 acres with two towers and 325 apartments, designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants, at an average ticket size of about Rs 5 crore. CEO and president Manik Malik called the sales a milestone showing demand at the premium end. The project connects to the Faridabad Bypass Road, NH-44 and, through the FNG corridor, Noida and Ghaziabad.

Earlier this week DLF Ltd said it sold all 172 homes in The Aureva, its senior living project in Sector 63, Gurugram, for Rs 1,985 crore.

Separate data showed housing sales in seven cities up 3% year-on-year to over 1 lakh units in Q3 2026, with value up 2% to Rs 1.55 lakh crore. NCR recorded around 13,765 units, up 3% quarter-on-quarter and down 1% year-on-year. Bengaluru sold about 16,670 units, up 12% year-on-year, and Hyderabad about 12,970, up 15% on both measures.
