News: Gulshan Group and Ourika Estates team up for premium housing on auctioned plots in Ghaziabad and Lucknow-21-09-2026

Noida-based Gulshan Group has partnered with Ourika Estates to develop two land parcels, in Ghaziabad and Lucknow, the company said on September 21. The first phase carries a planned investment of Rs 750 crore.

Both parcels were bought in auctions by the respective development authorities. Over the two projects, the platform plans to invest more than Rs 750 crore to create about 1.50 million sq ft of built-up area in premium housing, and is looking at other North Indian growth corridors.

The Ghaziabad parcel, about 8,750 sq m in Madhuban Bapudham, was bought at a Ghaziabad Development Authority auction. The Lucknow parcel, about 10,328 sq m in Gomti Nagar Extension, came from a Lucknow Development Authority auction and lies near Shaheed Path, IT City and Lucknow International Airport.

Gulshan Group promoters Gulshan Nagpal and Deepak Kapoor described the tie-up as a step towards a larger portfolio of premium residences in new markets. Prasoon Chauhan, director at Ourika Estates, said the outlay of over Rs 750 crore shows the vehicle is built to perform.
