News: Gaurs Group eyes Rs 5,500 crore bookings this year, with Noida and Yamuna Expressway launches planned-27-08-2026
NCR developer Gaurs Group expects sales bookings of more than Rs 5,500 crore in the current financial year, broadly in line with last year, with growth centred on Noida, Ghaziabad and the Yamuna Expressway.
The company, which has moved into luxury housing, plans three to four residential launches in Noida and along the expressway by March 2027. Chairman Manoj Gaur told reporters in the Capital that bookings last year were nearly Rs 5,500 crore and that a similar figure is expected this year on the back of the launches. He said land availability is driving its aggressive expansion on the Yamuna Expressway. It has also bought land in Noida sectors 129 and 150, and two more projects await sanctions.
Gaur was speaking at an event announcing a tie-up with German brand Seaform Germany. The group is also forming supplier partnerships for bathroom fittings, aluminium shuttering, electrical wiring and modular kitchen components, which together represent a business opportunity of around Rs 1,000 crore. The aim is to move more construction work into controlled environments and assemble components on site.
The approach is meant to help during the three months when Graded Response Action restrictions can slow construction in Delhi-NCR. Gaur said faster building through dry construction and pre-assembled components should limit pollution-related delays and cut costs.
Veshesh Gaur, a director, said the Rs 150-crore association with Seaform will bring its modular kitchens and wardrobes to the group’s ongoing and upcoming projects, covering more than 10,000 premium kitchens over five years. Seaform managing director Klaus Wartlik said the company wants more Indian developer partners and may consider a plant in India.
