News: DDA rolls out 25% discount scheme on over 1,200 ready Narela flats, starting at Rs 33.40 lakh-23-07-2026

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has rolled out the DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 ahead of the 80th Independence Day, offering a 25 per cent discount on more than 1,200 ready-to-move-in flats in Narela. It is meant for serving and retired government employees and working professionals from corporate, business, entrepreneurial and professional backgrounds.

The flats are 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK units at Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela. After the discount, prices start at Rs 33.40 lakh for a 1 BHK, Rs 75.55 lakh for a 2 BHK and Rs 1.065 crore for a 3 BHK. Buyers may merge adjoining flats into a larger unit, subject to DDA norms and approvals.

Registration opens on July 24, 2026, and bookings begin on August 15, 2026, on a first come, first served basis. The entire process runs online through the DDA Awaas Portal. All flats are freehold, and owning another residential property does not stop an applicant from buying one.

According to DDA, the project is about 1.2 km from an upcoming Metro station, around 1.9 km from the proposed RRTS station, 2 km from the Narela Sports Complex, 5 km from the upcoming Education Hub and 9.2 km from the proposed Integrated Sports Stadium. It is 500 metres from Urban Extension Road-I and 1.1 km from GT Karnal Road, and overlooks the Mamurpur Forest.
