News: Andhra Pradesh hands NBCC the Rs 105.5 crore job of building its new Bhavan in the capital-01-07-2026

The Andhra Pradesh government has appointed NBCC (India) to build a new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi at an estimated Rs 105.5 crore, the company said on Wednesday. The complex, with about 249,000 square foot of built-up area, will be the state’s administrative and hospitality hub in the capital.

NBCC, a Navratna under the union housing and urban affairs ministry, will handle design, tendering, contract management and construction on a turnkey basis, and will maintain the building for at least five years after completion.
