News: Bhagwati Products takes 4.3 lakh sq ft on sublease from Oppo in Greater Noida for Rs 1.04 crore monthly-09-03-2026
Oppo Mobiles India Private Limited has subleased roughly 4.3 lakh sq ft in Greater Noida to Bhagwati Products Ltd at a monthly rent of Rs 1.04 crore, sublease documents accessed by Propstack show. Bhagwati Products is a collaboration between Micromax Informatics and Huaqin Technology Co.
The space is in a building in Sector Ecotech 7. The sublease was registered on February 5 and runs for 4 years and 8 months from January 1, 2026, with an option to renew.
Bhagwati Products has taken 10,000 sq m (107,639 sq ft) on the third floor at Rs 26 lakh a month, another 10,000 sq m (107,639 sq ft) on the same floor at Rs 26 lakh, and 20,000 sq m (215,278 sq ft) across the first and second floors at Rs 52 lakh a month. Together these make up the Rs 1.04 crore monthly rent. The agreement provides for a 5 per cent rent escalation after 24 months, and stamp duty of Rs 95.60 lakh has been paid.
The documents note that Bhagwati Products was looking for premises to set up a manufacturing facility. Queries sent to Oppo Mobiles India went unanswered at the time of publication, and Bhagwati Products could not be reached. Media reports say its clients include Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, iQOO, Lenovo, Motorola and Acer.
