News: Bare Anatomy Owner Innovist Leases 2.62 Lakh Sq Ft Warehouse-26-09-2026
Innovist, the direct-to-consumer (D2C) company behind Bare Anatomy, Chemist at Play and SunScoop, has leased 2.62 lakh sq ft of Gurugram warehousing for five years at a total rent of Rs 47 crore, Propstack transaction data shows.
Documents describe a fresh lease from Horizon Industrial Parks Limited at Horizon Industrial Park, Bilaspur, Pathredi Village, Manesar Tehsil. It began March 13, 2026 and covers 262,350 sq ft chargeable. Monthly rent is Rs 72.14 lakh (Rs 27.5 per sq ft per month), rising 5% annually, and a security deposit of Rs 2.88 crore was paid, registration papers say.
Bilaspur-Pathredi is an established NCR industrial and warehousing belt, and the deal reflects demand for big warehouses from consumer businesses, especially distribution-heavy D2C and e-commerce. Innovist’s online-first brands make logistics important: Bare Anatomy covers personal care and hair care, Chemist at Play skincare and personal care, SunScoop sunscreen and skincare.
An email query was sent to Onesto Labs Private Limited (Innovist) and Horizon Industrial Parks Limited. The story will be updated if a response is received.
Media reports say L’Oréal recently acquired Innovist in a deal reportedly valued around Rs 4,000 crore, called one of the largest in India’s D2C ecosystem, which has put its brands and growth in Indian beauty and personal care in focus.
