News: Signature Global Plans 194-Acre Farmhouse Villas-25-09-2026
Signature Global on September 25 announced its entry into Gurugram West, or Farrukhnagar, with a 194.22-acre ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project carrying about 6.77 million sq ft of developable potential and an estimated gross development value of Rs 5,500-6,000 crore. The project also marks the Gurugram-based developer’s entry into the ultra-luxury residential segment.
The company has bought 25 acres and signed a collaboration agreement for another 169.22 acres. Sources said the 25 acres cost Rs 150 crore.
The development is planned as an invitation-only, low-density private enclave of luxury farmhouse villas. It lies about 15 minutes from the Dwarka Expressway, has access to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and fronts the Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road.
The company said the Farrukhnagar-Gurugram road is slated for four-laning at an estimated Rs 365 crore, the region’s new master plan prioritises road connectivity, bypass infrastructure and civic amenities, and the proposed Gurugram-Farrukhnagar-Jhajjar highway is at the alignment planning stage with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd, said Farrukhnagar had been on the company’s radar for some time, and that its proximity to the two expressways and the scale of open land allowed a different approach to luxury living. He said the project was not a conventional residential development but a private destination "for a select few", and a meaningful addition to the company’s pipeline.
Signature Global reported sales bookings of Rs 1,970 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal and Rs 8,250 crore in FY2025-26, making it the fifth-largest listed real estate company by bookings. It has delivered 19.2 million sq. ft. so far.
