News: County Group Debuts in Gurugram With Rs 4,500 Cr Project-09-09-2026
County Group has entered Gurugram’s premium housing market with a Rs 4,500-crore ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88A, after obtaining RERA approval. Construction began in July this year on what is the NCR-based developer’s first residential project in the city, near the Dwarka Expressway.
Spread over approximately 24 acres, the project will have 844 residences in nine towers, including three Gold Segment towers, in 3-BHK and 4-BHK configurations. It is planned in four phases.
The first phase, Centre Court, covering 6.119 acres with four towers, has already been completed and delivered. The remaining licensed land will be developed in three further phases. Construction is scheduled from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2032.
The developer said the design is pedestrian-first, with vehicles largely kept to the periphery. Amit Modi, director, County Group, said the luxury market is moving towards projects offering a more sophisticated way of living, and that the project combines planning, landscapes, biophilic design and a focus on community.
Gardens, shaded pathways, nature trails, wellness decks and social lawns are built into the layout, along with a floating café, hammock garden, sculpture court, pet park, children’s play areas and a senior citizen zone. Water features include reflective courts, cascade pools, splash zones and a rivulet running through the site.
Club Elixir, a G+2-floor clubhouse, will have a gym, spa, restaurants, banquet halls and lounges. Sports facilities include two tennis courts, a multi-purpose court, volleyball court, cricket pitches, a golf putting area and pickleball and padel courts. Residences will have large layouts and wrap-around decks with provision for trees.
