News: The Executive Centre Opens Flex Space at DLF Atrium Place-01-09-2026
Flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) on September 1 announced the launch of a centre at DLF Atrium Place, Gurugram. The company said the facility covers approximately 94,100 sq ft and has over 1,000 workstations.
According to its statement, the property sits in one of India’s foremost global business districts, close to public transport networks, and is aimed at multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and fast-growing enterprises. The Grade A office building housing the centre is USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certified.
Members will have access to private offices, collaboration zones and lounges, a Barista Bar, a wellness room, private phone booths, secure keyless locking systems and a range of business amenities, the company said.
Paul Salnikoff, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, The Executive Centre, said Gurugram remains one of India’s most dynamic business destinations and draws global enterprises that expect more from their workplaces. He said the new centre combines design, operational excellence and hospitality, and that TEC remains committed to premium workspace solutions as organisations prioritise quality and flexibility.
The company said the opening comes amid sustained leasing momentum in India’s office market. It cited CBRE as recently reporting record quarterly office absorption of 24.6 million sq. ft. in Q2 2026, with Delhi-NCR recording its highest-ever quarterly flex space take-up.
TEC said it is focused on enterprises and operates across 38 cities in 15 markets.
