News: Gaur Alaris: 1,088-Unit Project on Yamuna Expressway-04-08-2026
Gaurs Group will develop Gaur Alaris, a luxury residential project on 11.8 acres in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway, near the Noida International Airport. It expects sales realisation of around Rs 1,900 crore.
The project will have approximately 1,088 apartments of 1500-2000 sq ft in eight towers of 34 storeys, with prices starting at Rs 1.32 crore. Its RERA registration is UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, dated 28-07-2026, with a proposed start date of 11-06-2026 and completion date of 09-06-2031.
Plans include 65+ indoor and outdoor amenities, a clubhouse of more than 1 lakh sq. ft and eight acres of landscaped greens. Built around a peacock-inspired theme, it has Art Deco architecture by Hafeez Contractor, landscape design by Site Concepts International and interiors by Studio Designscape.
The airport at Jewar is approximately 15-16 km away, or 15-20 minutes by the expressway. Nearby facilities include Gaurs International School, Yamuna City, and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital and Kailash Hospital in Greater Noida.
