News: DLF June-Quarter Profit Up 4% to Rs 793.90 Crore-03-08-2026
DLF Ltd on Monday posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 793.90 crore for the quarter ended June, up 4 per cent from Rs 762.67 crore a year earlier, even as total income fell steeply, PTI reported.
According to a regulatory filing, total income in the first quarter of 2026-27 was Rs 1,605.56 crore, against Rs 2,980.88 crore in the same period last year. Profit rose marginally because the share of profit from associate and joint venture companies increased to Rs 485.83 crore from Rs 380.55 crore.
Sales bookings for April-June stood at Rs 657 crore, down from Rs 11,425 crore a year ago. The company attributed the fall to deferred housing launches. It said it expects approvals for planned launches soon and remains confident of achieving its stated medium-term growth goals.
Net cash improved to Rs 15,200 crore at the end of the quarter.
On the commercial side, DLF said its rental portfolio of about 50 million sq ft has occupancy of 95 per cent. Three new retail destinations totalling 1.5 million sq ft of gross leasable area are expected to drive significant growth in the retail business this fiscal.
The company said its land bank, launch pipeline, stronger balance sheet and cash flows position it to benefit from the sector’s "structural upcycle".
DLF, the country’s largest real estate developer by market capitalisation, has developed over 185 projects and more than 352 million square feet. The Group has 275 million sq ft of development potential across residential and commercial segments.
