News: Oberoi Realty Logs Rs 8,109 Crore Bookings at 360 North-06-07-2026
Oberoi Realty has recorded gross bookings of approximately Rs 8,109 crore at Three Sixty North, its first project in Gurugram, the Mumbai-based listed developer said in a statement.
The bookings cover about 13.52 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, equal to 23.10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area.
Phase one was launched on June 29 with over 800 residences in six towers. The master plan has seven towers on approximately 14.8 acres on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58. Homes start at Rs 18 crore, excluding taxes, in 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, duplex and penthouse configurations, the company said. The development will also have landscaped open spaces, Club Three Sixty North and a boulevard with retail and cafés.
Chairman and Managing Director Vikas Oberoi said the response reflects the project’s strength and the trust customers have placed in the company over four decades. He described the NCR entry as a milestone "driven by philosophy rather than geography". Growth is a by-product of getting the product right, he said, and the response reinforces the belief that trust, quality and disciplined execution carry across markets.
On sales strategy, Oberoi had said the company prefers "sustenance" and intends to enter the market slowly, selling inventory in the six towers in phases over the construction period. Not all units had been opened, and interest was being accumulated first. He said the company follows the same practice in Mumbai, where projects are sold by the time they are built, and that selling instantly leaves a lot on the table. As a newcomer to NCR, where launches matter greatly, he wanted to wait and watch.
