The approved projects have 16,727 units: 15,403 residential, 1,084 commercial and 240 industrial.
The regulator said Gurugram is drawing the country’s best developers, who are launching high-value luxury products regularly, reflecting stakeholder confidence and sustained demand from investors and homebuyers. Faster approvals, oversight and better compliance mechanisms have encouraged domestic and institutional investors, it added.
Reforms listed in the statement include rigorous scrutiny of information promoters submit at registration, mandatory site inspections by domain experts, mandatory quarterly progress reports (QPR) and public consultation through public notices as a prerequisite for registration.
