News: Oberoi Realty Debuts in NCR With Rs 6,000-Crore Project-29-06-2026
Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty has entered Delhi-NCR with Three Sixty North, an ultra-luxury housing project on 14.8 acres on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 58, Gurugram. It is modelled on the company’s flagship Three Sixty West in Mumbai.
Chairman and managing director Vikas Oberoi told reporters on June 29 that the project cost for both phases would be around Rs 6,000 crore and the total revenue potential Rs 16,000 crore. Saleable area will be nearly 4.5 million sq ft.
The first phase, with 432 residences in six towers, has been launched at a basic selling price of Rs 35,000 per sq ft. A seventh tower will follow in Phase 2. Homes start at Rs 18 crore, excluding taxes, in 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, duplex and penthouse formats, the company said. The penthouse measures 13,000 sq ft.
The master plan includes landscaped gardens and Club Three Sixty North, with wellness, fitness, recreation and social spaces. A high street called the Boulevard will have retail, cafés and landscaped plazas.
Oberoi called the NCR entry an important milestone that reflects a long-term plan to build distinctive developments in India’s leading markets. He said the company was bringing to Gurugram the design-led philosophy behind its Mumbai projects of the past four decades, and expected the project to appeal to homeowners wanting large residences and privacy. The company said it is aimed at entrepreneurs, business leaders and global Indians.
Oberoi Realty Ltd is listed on stock exchanges. Over four decades it has delivered 51 projects covering 17.3 million sq ft in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and has more than 34 million sq ft under construction.
