News: Prestige Estates to Launch Noida, Gurugram Projects-21-06-2026
Prestige Estates Projects, the Bengaluru-based developer, will launch two housing projects in Delhi-NCR this fiscal, one in Noida and one in Gurugram, chairman Irfan Razack told PTI in an interview.
The company’s latest investor presentation puts their combined developable area at nearly 8 million sq ft and revenue potential at Rs 6,800 crore.
Razack said the company is "quite bullish" on Delhi-NCR, where it booked sales of around Rs 10,000 crore last fiscal. It entered the region in April last year with a project carrying revenue potential of around Rs 12,000 crore. The presentation said Prestige City Indirapuram clocked over Rs 9,500 crore in pre-sales in its first year.
Across major cities, the launch pipeline this fiscal is around Rs 58,000 crore, though Razack said actual launches would depend on government approvals, which he wants speeded up. Last fiscal, it launched 32 million sq ft with sales bookings potential of Rs 27,350 crore.
The sales bookings target this fiscal is around Rs 35,000-36,000 crore, against a record Rs 30,024 crore in 2025-26, up 76 per cent. Razack said buyers invest for the long term, and the company will keep investing in construction and land.
Net profit more than doubled to Rs 1,195.5 crore last fiscal from Rs 467.5 crore in 2024-25, and total income rose to Rs 13,195.5 crore from Rs 7,735.5 crore. The group has delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million sq ft and has 128 projects across 195 million sq ft in the pipeline.
