News: Tulip Melrose: Rs 1,100 Crore 40-Floor Project on SPR-17-06-2026
Tulip Infratech, a Gurugram-based developer, will invest Rs 1,100 crore in Tulip Melrose, a luxury housing project on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) with four towers rising to nearly 495 feet. The company says it will be among the tallest residential developments on the corridor.
The 7.5-acre project will have 608 apartments, including 10 penthouses, in four towers of 40 floors each. All units are 5BHK residences with a super built-up area of around 3,250 sq ft, and the average price is estimated at approximately Rs 4 crore. A clubhouse will span the entire ground floor, joining the four towers at podium level, and a sky terrace at nearly 495 feet will link them at the top.
Promoter Siddharth Jain told reporters the Rs 1,100 crore excludes land cost and that the project would be completed over the next four years. The company said the raft foundation has been cast, work is on schedule and delivery is expected by 2031.
On the Gurugram market, he said demand has moderated from the strong momentum of 2024, but interest from end-users and investors remains encouraging because of competitive pricing. Chairman and Managing Director Parveen Jain said SPR is establishing itself among NCR’s most important luxury residential destinations.
The company has delivered more than 10 projects in Gurugram. It is also developing Tulip Monsella with an investment of Rs 3,600 crore and Tulip Crimson with Rs 1,200 crore. With the new launch, it said, the group’s cumulative investment in the city’s residential market exceeds Rs 6,000 crore.
