News: Dalcore’s The Falcon Gets Rs 225-Crore Construction Deal-03-06-2026
Gurugram-based developer Dalcore has given a Rs 225 crore construction contract to B L Gupta Construction (P) Ltd for The Falcon, its luxury residential project and first YOO-branded development, according to a statement issued on June 3. The contractor will carry out civil and structural works.
The project in Sector 53 on Golf Course Road covers nearly two acres and will have a single tower with a built-up area of about 5 lakh sq ft. It will hold 96 residences, 93 apartments and three penthouses, sized from 3,446 sq ft to 4,122 sq ft, with only three homes per floor. The 39-storey tower will rise up to 165 metres, making it one of the tallest residential buildings on Golf Course Road.
The statement put the estimated revenue potential at about Rs 1,450 crore and the total development value at around Rs 500 crore. The project marks Dalcore’s entry into Gurugram’s luxury housing market.
Sidharth Chowdhry, Managing Director, Dalcore, said the company was moving from vision to execution and that the contractor shared its commitment to quality, precision and timely delivery. The focus, the statement added, would be on construction quality, engineering and efficient execution.
The Falcon is being developed in partnership with YOO Inspired by Starck, the design brand founded by entrepreneur John Hitchcox and designer Philippe Starck.
