News: Rise Infraventures Posts Rs 120 Crore FY26 Revenue-27-05-2026
Rise Infraventures, a Gurugram-based real estate consultancy, has reported revenue of Rs 120 crore for 2025-26, up by almost half from Rs 82 crore in 2024-25, on higher brokerage income from the sale and lease of housing and commercial properties.
Founder and CEO Sachin Gawri told reporters the firm facilitated property sales worth Rs 4,840 crore during the fiscal, against Rs 3,856 crore in the preceding year. The Gurugram market accounted for more than 50 per cent of the total value transacted, the company said.
The firm is present in six cities, including Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru and Mumbai, and intends to enter more Indian cities. It is also looking at the Dubai market once the situation in West Asia stabilises.
According to Gawri, 40% of business comes from residential, 30% from commercial, 30% from retail and 10% from institutional sales and family offices. He said the company has set a revenue target of Rs 200 crore for this fiscal and is looking to scale up with more services. He described the approximate GTV of Rs 4,840 crore as a significant milestone and said the Bengaluru expansion fits the firm’s long-term aim of a national presence.
On Delhi-NCR, Gawri said demand has stabilised after a sharp rise between 2022 and 2025. In his view, prices in the primary (first sale) market will not fall despite global uncertainties but will rise more slowly, and the mid-segment housing market is expected to get a boost.
Shantanu Gambhir, MD and co-founder, said the GTV figure reflected market confidence in the firm’s vision and called the Bengaluru expansion the next chapter of growth. The company said the Bengaluru office should strengthen its presence in South India and its developer network, institutional relationships and advisory services across premium residential and Grade A commercial assets.
Established in 2021, the firm offers advisory, sales, marketing and investment consulting to developers, investors and homebuyers.
