News: Signature Global Guides for Rs 5,000 Crore Revenue in FY27-24-05-2026
Signature Global aims to nearly double its operational revenue to Rs 5,000 crore this fiscal on better project execution, Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal told PTI in an interview.
The Gurugram-based company’s income from operations rose marginally to Rs 2,595.86 crore last fiscal from Rs 2,498 crore in 2024-25. Aggarwal said construction was hit by curbs imposed because of high air pollution across Delhi-NCR, which delayed completion of some projects and therefore revenue recognition. He expects completions to improve significantly in the current June quarter. In real estate, revenue is recognised on the percentage of completion method or after a project receives its occupancy or completion certificate.
Aggarwal said the company would invest around Rs 3,500 crore this fiscal: about Rs 2,000 crore on construction and Rs 1,000-1,500 crore on land in the Gurugram region. It spent around Rs 700 crore on land last fiscal.
The sales bookings target is Rs 10,000 crore, a 21 per cent increase, supported by the launch pipeline and unsold inventory in under-construction projects. In 2025-26, bookings fell 20 per cent to Rs 8,250 crore from a record Rs 10,290 crore. The company sold 2,114 homes, almost half of the 4,130 units a year earlier, while average realisation rose to Rs 15,250 per sq ft from Rs 12,457 per sq ft in FY25.
During the March quarter the company entered commercial real estate in partnership with Bengaluru-based RMZ group. Last month it tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini for a luxury housing project in Gurugram involving nearly Rs 2,900 crore.
Consolidated net profit rose to Rs 1,094.64 crore last fiscal from Rs 101.2 crore, and total income to Rs 2,778.85 crore from Rs 2,637.99 crore. The company has delivered 17.9 million sq ft since inception.
