News: Incuspaze Adds 60,000 Sq Ft in Ahmedabad Tech City-19-05-2026
Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has taken 60,000 sq ft at Million Minds Tech City (MMTC), a Grade-A commercial project in Ahmedabad near GIFT City. MMTC forms part of a 65-acre IT SEZ Park by Ganesh Housing, inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on May 17. The space will hold over 1,200 seats and lifts Incuspaze’s Gujarat holdings to roughly 1.7 lakh sq. ft, marking a milestone for its expansion there, the company said, adding that it deepens its presence in corridors tied to GIFT City, Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.
Co-founder and Managing Partner Sanjay Chatrath said the deal is "strategic positioning" in a future-ready corridor where GCC expansion, BFSI growth, fintech investment and big infrastructure are creating momentum. Enterprises want scalable, managed, tech-enabled offices in emerging centres, he said, and MMTC fits.
The company cited industry reports of nearly 2 million sq ft of office leasing in Ahmedabad in 2025, and said GIFT City should supply nearly 35 per cent of the city’s upcoming Grade-A offices by 2027. Gujarat’s GCC Policy 2025–30 targets more than 250 GCCs.
Ganesh Housing, a listed Ahmedabad developer, says MMTC should generate over 70,000 high-skilled jobs and establish Ahmedabad for GCCs, technology firms and knowledge-economy businesses. Pitched as a "city within a city" across nearly 65 acres, it has planned potential of about 18 million sq. ft.: nearly 10 million of Grade A offices, close to six million of premium housing and close to two million for retail, hospitality, social and lifestyle uses. Built in phases, its first, about 1.3 million sq ft, has nearly 8 lakh sq. ft. leased to global and domestic enterprises.
