News: Service Roads, Cycle Tracks Planned Between Sectors 106, 109-14-05-2026
The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) will build service roads, cycle tracks and footpaths along the master road dividing sectors 106 and 109, which links the Dwarka Expressway with the Upper Dwarka Motorway, officials said.
A senior GMDA official said 5.5-metre-wide service roads would come up on both sides and the green belt would be fenced, at a cost of Rs 20 crore.
GMDA will also construct the two-kilometre master road dividing sectors 109 and 102 at an estimated Rs 22 crore: Rs 10 crore for the main carriageway and around Rs 12 crore for service roads, footpaths and cycle tracks. The tender will follow approval.
A 700-metre outer road in Sector 114 is planned at Rs 7.75 crore, to be finished within eight months of the award of work.
