News: DLF Q4 Profit Dips 1% to Rs 1,268.56 Crore-13-05-2026
DLF posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,268.56 crore for the March quarter, 1% lower than Rs 1,282.20 crore a year earlier, mainly because of lower income. Total income for the fourth quarter of FY26 fell to Rs 2,093.82 crore from Rs 3,347.77 crore, according to a regulatory filing.
For the full year, profit rose to Rs 4,414.68 crore from Rs 4,366.82 crore, and total income increased to Rs 9,816.04 crore from Rs 8,995.89 crore in 2024-25.
New sales bookings in FY26 were Rs 20,143 crore, down 5% from Rs 21,223 crore in FY25. The company said this was in line with its guidance, which was Rs 20,000-22,000 crore, and showed sustained homebuyer demand.
DLF said that with an identified launch pipeline it is well placed to benefit from continued demand through a calibrated strategy, and is confident of meeting its medium-term goals.
Its rental portfolio stands at 50 million sq ft with occupancy of 95%. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 8 per share, subject to shareholders’ approval, a 33% year-on-year increase in payout.
The company cited its land bank, launch pipeline across development and rental businesses, stronger balance sheet and steady cash flows as placing it well for the sector’s structural upcycle.
DLF has developed more than 185 projects spanning over 352 million sq ft. The group has around 280 million sq ft of development potential across residential and commercial segments.
