News: NeoLiv Golf One Faridabad Sells Rs 1,251 Crore in a Day-07-05-2026
NeoLiv Golf One, the Faridabad township of Mumbai-based developer NeoLiv, has sold plots worth Rs 1,251 crore, the company said in a statement. It says the whole launch inventory went on day one at around Rs 2 lakh per square yard, with demand from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors and non-resident Indians (NRIs).
Spread over around 47 acres in Sectors 98 and 99A of Faridabad, in the National Capital Region (NCR), the golf-themed layout offers plots of 181 to 388 square yards, with planned golf greens, low density and open spaces. NeoLiv says Faridabad is drawing more demand thanks to better connectivity and infrastructure such as the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.
Founder and CEO Mohit Malhotra said the team was "deeply humbled" and that thoughtfully designed, category-defining products outperform in any market cycle. He thanked customers, channel partners and partners.
NeoLiv sold out NeoLiv Grand Park in Sonipat, Haryana, in May 2025. Malhotra, former MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, founded it with industry experts in partnership with 360 ONE, a wealth management firm with over $65 billion in assets under management.
Last August it bought a 17.5-acre Khopoli parcel near Mumbai for plotted development and villas, with 0.36 million sq ft gross saleable area and Rs 150 crore development cost, an hour’s drive from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), also called Atal Setu. It earlier signed a management agreement for 47 acres in Khopoli. In 2024 it raised over Rs 300 crore in the first close of its maiden Alternate Investment Fund, backed by family offices and UHNWIs, for mid-income housing in MMR and Delhi-NCR and plotted projects in Tier 2 cities.
