News: BPTP Skynest: Rs 1,100 Crore Luxury Project in Faridabad-21-04-2026
BPTP Limited will put close to Rs 1,100 crore into Skynest, a luxury housing project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, with apartments expected to start at around Rs 4.48 crore. The company estimates gross development value, and expected revenue, at about Rs 1,800 crore.
The project will have 325 units in 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations across twin towers rising to about 150 metres, with sizes from 3,185 sq ft to 3,856 sq ft. It will include green building practices and lifestyle and community amenities. The developer did not disclose the total cost, but the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority website shows a project cost of nearly Rs 1,100 crore.
Sector 80 connects to Delhi through the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), also called the DND-Faridabad-KMP Expressway, a spur of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway linking DND and Kalindi Kunj to the KMP Expressway.
Vineet Nanda, chief business officer, BPTP Limited, said Skynest reflects the company’s approach to emerging corridors such as Greater Faridabad. BPTP is present across Delhi-NCR, including Faridabad, Gurugram and Noida, with townships, group housing, plotted and commercial projects.
Knight Frank’s Residential Market Update - NCR (January-March 2026) said the region’s housing sales fell year-on-year in Q1 2026 and launches slowed, though end-user demand in established micro-markets kept the market stable. The Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore premium segment grew 12% year-on-year and was the strongest category. The sub-Rs 2 crore segment declined notably, the above Rs 50 crore segment contracted sharply and the Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore category softened.
