News: Tonino Lamborghini Branded Homes, Signature Global Sector 71-16-04-2026
Signature Global has tied up with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini for a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram, for Rs 2,890.9 crore, the Gurugram-based developer said in a statement on April 16.
The project on the Southern Peripheral Road will cover about 12.40 acres and have 812 luxury apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations across five towers. Its gross development value (GDV) is approximately Rs 4,000 crore. Prices are expected to be announced at the official launch.
Under the brand-led model, Tonino Lamborghini will steer the creative direction, while Signature Global will handle construction, execution and sales. The clubhouse will include a café, fine-dining restaurant, banquet facilities, wellness zones, spa and sauna, gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga spaces and a gaming arcade. Angela Krieger, creative director at Tonino Lamborghini Total Living, will oversee the design.
Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman of Signature Global, said the project would be a "lifestyle statement" for the modern Indian achiever. Tonino Lamborghini, founder and president of the brand, said this is its first entry into the Indian branded real estate market.
Aggarwal had told reporters on Feb 14 that the company would develop a branded luxury project on a 7-acre land parcel on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), with saleable area of 20 lakh square feet and revenue potential of Rs 5,000 crore.
Branded residences are luxury homes developed with globally recognised brands that lend their name to a project. Hotel chains such as Marriott International, Four Seasons, Accor, Mandarin Oriental and Rosewood have such tie-ups, as do Porsche Design, Aston Martin, Armani and Missoni.
According to Knight Frank’s The Residence Report 2025, India ranks 6th worldwide in live branded residence projects, with 4% of global supply, and 10th in the global project pipeline.
Ritesh Mehta, senior director and head (North and West), JLL India, said branded residences have returned after years of dormancy. Some are service-led, with hotel-style concierge, housekeeping and property management, while others are design-led, carrying names such as Armani, Trump or Versace. They serve a niche end-user who values comfort, distinction and status over pure investment yield, he said.
