News: Dalcore Launches The Falcon on Golf Course Road-09-04-2026
Real estate firm Dalcore has launched The Falcon, an ultra-luxury branded residential project on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, in partnership with international design and lifestyle brand YOO Inspired by Starck. The company said on April 9 that it will invest Rs 500 crore in the project, which has an estimated topline of Rs 1,450 crore.
The boutique project in Sector 53 sits on a 2-acre parcel and will offer nearly 5 lakh sq ft of development. It will have 96 units, comprising 93 apartments and 3 penthouses, with a mix of 61 three-bedroom and 31 four-bedroom residences. Apartment sizes range from 3,400 sq ft to 4,211 sq ft and prices are expected to start at Rs 10 crore, company officials said.
Dalcore MD Sidharth Chowdhry told reporters the single 39-storey tower, 165 metres high, will be the tallest on Golf Course Road. He said UHA is providing architectural expertise. Sources said target buyers include large investors, C-suite executives, businesspersons from South Delhi and select end-users.
This is the first project of Dalcore, a firm of the Gujarat-based Shreeram Group, which manufactures and exports industrial and edible salts.
London-headquartered YOO, founded in 1999 by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck, has delivered over 85 projects in 36 countries. It has completed 6-7 projects in India and has tie-ups for branded residences in cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Cushman & Wakefield is the strategic marketing partner. Its Managing Director, Residential Services, Shalin Raina, said branded residences have moved from a niche category to a defining feature of urban luxury in markets like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.
