News: Prestige Signs JDA for 17-Acre Gurugram Sector 92 Project-01-04-2026
Bengaluru-based listed developer Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has tied up with a landowner to build a housing project in Gurugram with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 4,200 crore.
In a regulatory filing on April 1, the company said it had entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel in Sector 92. It said the site is close to the Dwarka Expressway and stands to gain from improving infrastructure, better connectivity to business districts and growing residential demand. The project is planned as a residential community.
Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, Prestige Group, said the addition fits the company’s strategy of strengthening its presence in key markets such as the NCR. He said the group remains measured in its approach, choosing locations with improving infrastructure and long-term potential, and focused on disciplined execution and timely delivery.
Ajay Munot, Founder, Eka Life, speaking on behalf of the landowners, Sare Gurugram Private Limited (JV of Eka-KGK-Dhoot), said they were confident in Prestige’s ability to execute and believed the project would create long-term value for stakeholders.
