News: County Group’s Clove County Noida: Rs 1,200 Crore Project-09-03-2026
County Group has launched Clove County, an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 151, Noida, with a planned investment of more than Rs 1,200 crore, the developer said in a statement on March 9. Apartments are expected to cost between Rs 10 crore and Rs 18 crore depending on configuration and size.
The project along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will have 226 apartments in three towers on a 5-acre parcel, with a total development area of over 11 lakh square feet. The company had earlier bought the land at auction for around Rs 475 crore. Units comprise 4BHKs of around 4,077 sq ft and 5BHKs of about 5,310 sq ft to 6,417 sq ft.
Amit Modi, Director, County Group, said more than 60% of the site is open space, with landscaped greens, water bodies, walkways and a greenhouse, and the focus is on large residences in a calm, private setting.
Sports facilities will include tennis and badminton courts, pickleball and half-basketball courts, a cricket pitch and an open-air bowling alley. The company said the site is about 5 minutes from Sector 148 Metro station and 25 minutes from Noida International Airport.
In 2025 the company launched Ivory County, a 63-lakh-square-foot luxury project in Sector 115, Noida, and Jade County, a 30-lakh-square-foot project on NH24, Ghaziabad.
