News: TARC Targets Rs 4,500 Crore Revenue From Kirti Nagar Project-02-03-2026
Listed developer TARC Ltd expects about Rs 4,500 crore in total revenue from TARC Kailasa, its ultra-luxury housing project in the national capital, citing strong demand and limited supply, PTI reported on March 2.
The company launched the project in 2024 on 6 acres at Kirti Nagar, where a shopping mall was demolished. MD and CEO Amar Sarin said around 275 units have been sold across four towers and a fifth tower of 110 units is being launched at Rs 11-14 crore per apartment.
The project will span 17 lakh square feet. Sarin put the investment at around Rs 1,500 crore, excluding land cost, of which about Rs 250 crore has been spent. Construction will be funded through internal accruals and completion is expected in March 2030.
Sarin said sales bookings reached Rs 1,000 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal and should touch Rs 2,500 crore for the full year. The company is also looking to acquire more land, outright and through joint development arrangements.
