News: DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 Extended to February 20-18-02-2026

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended its Premium Housing Scheme 2026, launched on January 6, until February 20 in response to public demand. The scheme offers 582 flats in the HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta and EWS categories, plus standalone car and scooter garages, in areas including Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Karol Bagh, Dilshad Garden, Ghazipur and Loknayakpuram.

DDA said the extension gives applicants more time to register, pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) online and submit applications, and should widen participation in the e-auction.

Online registration and EMD payment close at 6 pm on February 20, 2026, and applications on February 23. The auction schedule will be announced on February 26, with the online auction tentatively set for March 2 to 5.

In Jasola, 15 HIG flats of 162.41 sq m each carry a reserve price of Rs 2.14 crore. Vasant Kunj has one SFS flat of 84.41 sq m at Rs 1.15 crore. Dwarka has one SFS flat of 90.97 sq m at Rs 1.21 crore and 14 MIG flats of 119.66 to 129.98 sq m at Rs 1.34 crore to Rs 1.45 crore.

Other HIG flats in Rohini, Ghazipur and Dwarka have reserve prices of Rs 98 lakh to Rs 1.21 crore. MIG units in Dwarka, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Nand Nagri, Dilshad Garden and Madhipur range from Rs 53 lakh to Rs 1.45 crore. LIG flats in Karol Bagh, Dev Nagar, Dwarka, Mansarovar Park, Mukherjee Park, Rohini, Rampura, Paschim Vihar, Shalimar Bagh and Vikaspuri start at Rs 19 lakh. Janta and EWS units are in Shahpur Jat, Ashok Nagar (Faiz Road), Kondli Gharoli and Nasirpur in Dwarka.

Standalone garages in Pitampura, Rohini, Mall Road and Ashok Vihar start at a reserve price of Rs 3.16 lakh.
