News: Noida Authority Opens Plot Schemes: Apply by February 26-06-02-2026
The Noida Authority has rolled out several plot schemes covering group housing, corporate offices, hotels, commercial builder projects and religious sites. Applications opened on February 5 and close on February 26, with most categories to be allotted by e-auction, an official said on condition of anonymity.
For housing developers, two group housing plots are available in Sector 151, each measuring 20,050 sqm with a reserve price of Rs 245 crore.
Ten corporate office plots are on offer in Sector 153. Nine are of 1,000 sqm each and one is 4,002.62 sqm, with reserve prices from about Rs 1.08 crore to Rs 4.41 crore, officials told Hindustan Times.
For large commercial projects, five high-density plots with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 4 are available in Sectors 96, 98, 62 and 108. They range from about 24,000 sqm to nearly 50,000 sqm, with reserve prices of roughly Rs 400 crore to Rs 800 crore. Six smaller commercial plots with FAR of 2, between 5,000 sqm and 22,000 sqm, are located in Sectors 61, 142, 132, 135 and 126, at reserve prices of about Rs 76-270 crore. FAR sets the built-up area allowed relative to plot size; these parcels suit malls, office complexes and mixed-use developments.
Six hotel plots are offered in Sectors 93B, 105, 135 and 142, sized between 2,000 sqm and 24,000 sqm with reserve prices of about Rs 36-340 crore.
Two plots for religious use, of 302 sqm and 600 sqm in Sectors 15A and 93B, will be allotted through interviews for temple construction, at reserve prices of about Rs 2.7-4.1 crore.
