News: Max Estates posts net loss of Rs 4.5 crore in Q2 FY24-07-11-2023
NEW DELHI: Max Estates has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 4.51 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2023. It had registered net consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 3.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing
The company's net consolidated total income stood at Rs 27.78 crore in Q2 FY24, a dip of 16.75 per cent from Rs 33.37 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.During the quarter, Max Square a subsidiary of the company, acquired two land parcels situated at Sector 129, Noida for a total consideration of Rs 219.26 crore excluding stamp duty and incidental expenses.
During the half year ended September 30, 2023, under the Max Estates employees stock option scheme- 2016, 30,918 equity shares respectively, of Rs 10 each were issued and allotted (quarter ended June 30, 2023: 30,918 equity shares).
