News: Haryana: Soon, deeds for land within 100 meters of IAF station-16-03-2022

CHANDIGARH: Haryana has decided to start the registration of sale deeds of land up to a distance of 100 meters from Faridabad air force station within 48 hours.
Haryana deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala gave this assurance in response to a question raised by Faridabad NIT MLA Neeraj Sharma during the budget session of Haryana legislative assembly on Tuesday.
He said many years ago an officer had banned the registration of lands here without the government permission. It will also be ascertained as to why the officer had done so, he said.
Dushayant said permission will have to be taken from the urban local bodies department for registry of over one acre land. As for for registration of land with less than one acre area, permission will have to be taken from the town and country planning and urban local bodies department.
In response to another question, he said a road will be built from Charkhi-Ghasola link road to Bhiwani-Rohtak bypass via Mejban Chowk and that the Dadri deputy commissioner has been directed to take NOC within a month. He said NOC has to be obtained from the irrigation and water resources department for the construction of this 4.5km long road.
