Gurgaon: Fourteen land owners and property dealers were on Monday booked for developing illegal colonies and selling plots in Sadhrana village.

The land on which the illegal colony was carved out falls under the notified urban area of Gurgaon. As per the norms for developing a colony, the land owner needs to take a licence from the DTCP.
