News: Greater Noida authority allots 12-acre industrial plot at Rs 40 crore-05-02-2021
The authority has allotted 20 industrial plots in January 2022, which will attract investment of Rs 430 crore and provide employment to 3000.
NEW DELHI: Greater Noida authority has allotted 12-acre industrial plot to Rajkripal Lumbers ltd, who will invest Rs 90 crore to set up a electronic mobile parts unit.
The authority had come up with a scheme of industrial plots and had one plot of 12 acre and 15 plots of 2000 square metre to offer.
Allotment for remaining 15 plots will happen on Friday.
“The revenue from this plot is Rs 40 crore. Many domestic and international companies are showing interest in investing in Greater Noida. Some companies from Japan, Korea and Taiwan, who electronics manufacturing units, have showed interest in establishing a similar facility here,” said a authority spokesperson.
Under the online industrial plot allotment open ended scheme, the authority had 21 industrial plots ranging from 2,000 sq metre to 80,940 sq mt in the first phase.
The authority has allotted 20 industrial plots in January 2022, which will attract investment of Rs 430 crore and provide employment to 3000.
In total, 64 industrial plots, spread in 54 acre were available for allotment. With some companies are interested to invest in data centre, the authority expect a total investment of Rs 7130 crore and employment opportunity for 9000.
