News: Experion Developers awards Rs.800 crore construction contract to TATA Projects-29-10-2025
NEW DELHI: Experion Developers (EDPL) has appointed TATA Projects (TPL) as the principal contractor for a residential project The Trillion located in sector 48, Gurugram.
The contract is valued at over Rs.800 crore. Spread across approximately 2.5 million sq ft, the project will feature 45 floors in each tower.
"With an overall investment of around Rs.2,500 crore, The Trillion embodies our commitment to delivering world class homes for our customers. Designed to be 45 floors high, it will be a benchmark in high rise living,” said B.K. Malagi, vice chairman of the company.
