Real Estate - Sale Executives and Team Leaders

We are hiring real estate professionals for our various offices in Gurgaon, and are looking for smart, self motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, aggressive and have a flair for sales. With full lead generation support, they would -

1. Facilitate and enable clients to purchase, rent, and sell properties for a fair price
2. Set appointments to meet with clients and sales team members to show the prospective properties
3. Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process
4. Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits of the properties
5. Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
6. Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc.
7. Assess competition and competitive market prices through property comparisons
8. Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
9. Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings
10. Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects
11. Analyze, check, maintain and update property/client lists and CRM systems
12. Keep the management apprised of leads/sales through the CRM systems and direct team meetings

 

Required Candidate profile

1. Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales
2. Professionalism, integrity, responsibility and accountability
3. Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential
4. Real estate sales experience is preferable, non real estate personnel must have very good sales credentials
5. Knowledge about Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus
6. Persistent and proactive
7. Excellent communicator
8. Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
9. Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
10. Strong interpersonal skills
11. Positive attitude and team playing ability
12. Enjoy networking and meeting new people

Job Description as a Telecaller Sales Coordinator in Real Estate involves the following but not limited to-

f.    Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc.
g.    Assess competitive market prices through property comparisons
h.    Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
i.    Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings
j.    Prepare and process required documentation including contracts, deeds, leases, etc.
k.    Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects
l.    Analyze, check, maintain and update property/client lists, leads distribution and CRM system

Marketing Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content, including graphics content and distributing it effectively across various digital platforms, alongwith keeping the company portal updated. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

The ideal candidate must be experienced and well versed with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), On-Page Optimization, Graphic Design and Web Content Writing.

 

Responsibilities

Create online and offline marketing content
Marketing various projects/properties for the Sales Associates
Liasing with various developers’ reps for information wrt their projects
Creating EDMs, Graphics etc from material given by various sources
Posting marketing material and updates regularly on social media pages, such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest etc
SEO, SEM for the company portal
Creating marketing campaigns
Updating company’s online portal with project details & latest real estate news
Liasing with various real estate portals and marketing agencies for campaigns
Understanding lead flow requirements and budgeting the marketing with Team Leader
KRAs for marketing campaigns and success achieved in lead generation – qualitative and quantitative
Monitoring real estate portals for listings, projects etc to ensure competitiveness
Organising leads & marketing data for review by Team Leader

Qualifications

1-3 years' of marketing experience
BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
Excellent writing and communication skills
